2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within a maximum of 15 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Products must be untampered with, showing no signs of wear or use.
The product must be in resalable condition.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, B2B CONSULTING LTD will process your refund.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 15 days from the date we receive the returned goods at our warehouse.
