Shipping & Returns Policy

At Sainco Shop, we strive to provide a fast and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policies regarding the delivery of your orders and the process for returning items.

1. Shipping Information

We ship both within Bulgaria and internationally across Europe.

  • Domestic Shipping (Bulgaria):

    • Carriers: Orders are shipped via Speedy or Econt.

    • Delivery Time: We offer fast delivery within 24 hours from the time the order is placed (subject to business days and stock availability).

  • International Shipping (Outside Bulgaria):

    • Carrier: International shipments are initially handled by Speedy, which then partners with the most efficient local couriers based on your specific destination address.

    • Delivery Time: Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within a maximum of 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Products must be untampered with, showing no signs of wear or use.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

  • Exceptions: If the product is received non-functional (defective) upon arrival, Sainco Shop will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Return Instructions

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, B2B CONSULTING LTD will process your refund.

  • Refund Amount: The total amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 15 days from the date we receive the returned goods at our warehouse.

  • Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
